The Process

From first sketch to a design you can see.

A clear sequence helps you make good decisions early, before construction documents lock the details in place.

1. Understand the project

Every project begins with a comprehensive client information checklist. It creates a practical picture of your needs, preferences, priorities, and overall vision before a concept is developed.

2. Test the site and plan

The early work includes a site plan, preliminary floor plan, and observational notes. Property geography, utility locations, existing conditions, setbacks, and other site constraints are reviewed so the design stays within required parameters.

3. Shape the design in three dimensions

Once site considerations, floor plans, and elevations are approved, an unrefined 3D model is developed. These views bring the earlier decisions together so you can understand the design as a place, not only as lines on a page.

4. Prepare coordinated construction documents

After the design is refined and the final direction is approved, All-Pro prepares construction documents. When the project calls for engineering, the required engineered drawings are coordinated as part of a complete path forward.

A practical design philosophy

Clients are treated as partners, not obstacles. Your input matters, and experienced guidance keeps the design grounded in what builders and consultants need to do their work well.
